Cognizant Partners with ServiceNow To Accelerate Adoption of AI-driven Automation

To expand the use of AI-driven automation across industries, Cognizant and ServiceNow have established a strategic alliance. The strengthened partnership is anticipated to hasten Cognizant and ServiceNow's progress towards achieving a combined annual revenue of $1 billion.

The relationship between the two companies, which has been going on for ten years, has been greatly expanded by Cognizant's multidisciplinary ServiceNow Business Group, which will market integrated offerings made to use AI to solve complex problems, automate business processes, and improve employee and customer experiences.
