GKN Automotive, Tata To Establish Advanced Global E-Mobility Software Engineering Center In India

gknGlobal leader in automotive technologies. GKN Automotive comes in partnership with Tata Technologies – global engineering and product development digital services company, for establishing and setting up an advanced global e-mobility engineering center in India.

To be built in Bengaluru, the new center will utilize Tata Technology developed electric and embedded systems. It will further attract India’s software engineering talent using Tata Technology efficiency.

Already, on a wide scale, the recruitment drive has started, which is for attracting talents to develop GKN Automotive’s next-gen e-Drive technologies. When the development completes, and the center becomes entirely operable, it will be known as a dedicated GKN Automotive facility.

Already, the delayed project due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the new software engineering center was built within six months, which houses a design studio and laboratories. As the end approaches for 2020, the center is also nearing to home 100+ engineers and support staff.
